AI Design Strategist Work Flow (2026)

The Judgment Boundary is a working framework documenting how my eight-stage design process changed between 2024 and 2026 — what AI transformed, what it accelerated, and what I deliberately kept human. This isn't a tutorial or a hot take. It's an honest audit with receipts: directional figures from real project logs, a routing table showing which tools run which stages, a harness diagram showing how agentic AI workflows are governed with checkpoints, and an interactive self-audit so you can run the same classification on your own process. The finding: AI took the production middle — architecture, concepting, craft. Judgment consolidated at the edges, where framing happens at the front and accountability lives at the back. The middle went to the engine. The edges stayed mine, on purpose. Built as a long-form HTML study, synced to Figma, and ported to Webflow. Covers omnichannel design, agentic AI workflows, MCP integrations, standing-order configuration, and what the transition actually looks like.
